❓ How do I get an account?

Accounts are created by your educational institution (school, tutoring center, or instructor). You cannot create an account yourself through the app.

Steps to get started:

  1. Enroll with an educational institution that uses SATisfied
  2. Your institution will create an account for you
  3. You'll receive login credentials via email or from your instructor
  4. Download the SATisfied app and log in with your credentials
🔑 I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen, or contact your institution's administrator. The app does not manage passwords directly - they are controlled by your institution's Moodle system.

📱 How do I access my courses?
  1. Open the SATisfied app
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Your enrolled courses will appear on the dashboard
  4. Tap any course to view materials, assignments, and grades
🍪 What are cookies and why does the app use them?

The SATisfied app uses two essential cookies:

  • MoodleSession: Keeps you logged in while using the app (deleted when you log out)
  • MOODLEID: Remembers your username for convenience (optional)

Important: These cookies are NOT used to track you across apps or websites. They're essential for the educational platform to work properly.

We do NOT track you. SATisfied:

💰 How much does the app cost?

The SATisfied app is free to download and use. There are:

Course fees are paid directly to your educational institution outside of the app.

📊 I can't see my grades. What's wrong?

Grades are controlled by your instructor. If you can't see grades:

  1. Check if your instructor has released grades yet
  2. Ensure you're viewing the correct course
  3. Try refreshing the app (pull down on the screen)
  4. Contact your instructor if the problem persists
🔄 The app is not loading. How do I fix this?

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Close and reopen the app
  3. Check if your institution's Moodle server is online
  4. Clear app cache (in device settings)
  5. Update to the latest app version
  6. Restart your device
